I booked Lime Resort without much expectations but we were pleasantly surprised and I would go back many times! For the price that we paid and what we got, it exceeded my expectations. It was super clean and we were able to experience the Japanese culture in our accommodation. We arrived quite early to the ski season so it was still pretty quiet. It's the perfect place for a big family but I wouldn't recommend it for couples looking for a nice vibe or nice environment. I was impressed at how friendly the staff was, they went out of their way to always help, and loved our large Tatami room that housed 2 adults and 3 kids. When we first arrived, we were thrown off by the fact that there was no shower in our room. But actually the hot spring onsen in the basement was perfect. After skiing, we'd jump straight into the hot spring and get dressed in the zen changing room connected to the hot spring. We did that everyday and it was perfect. The Hotspring was so good. Really loved the stay at Lime Resort!

The library lounge and the hot spring were exceptional. The restaurant menu had lots of local produce and dishes from the area. Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. We asked for softer pillows and they were delivered shortly to our room. Great view from the room. Available different dinner options for 2 days of our stay. Amazing coffee cafe and light snacks on the 1st floor. Discounted tickets for a 30 min stretching session. Complimentary drinks for those who do not request room cleaning. A great place to stay for those who drive.

Friendly, helpful, attentive and competent staff. Beautiful and well maintained facilities, large hot spring facilities with all services and amenities. Location is absolutely stunning and there’re plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Manuela

The decor has been very tastefully done. The breakfast was average, but the coffee was good. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The library overlooking Mt Myoko was a great place to meet up with friends for a drink.

Celine

Perfect blend between practicality and luxury. Everything is high quality and high end without being unnecessarily expensive or over the top. The facilities are amazing and stylish. Family rooms are perfect for infants and toddlers.
